Secretary: Ron Wolford

I live in Maple River Township and am happy to be serving on the Board again, after taking a year off.   I graduated from high school in Edwardsburg and work for the American Red Cross.  I’m married and have two children in school at Pellston.  I have chosen to serve on the Board again because I feel strongly about helping to provide a safe learning environment for all of our students and staff.  Our greatest challenges are making the necessary but difficult cuts that we face due to the Michigan ’s current fiscal straits, while maintaining a quality educational environment for all students.

My goals are to maintain a successful learning community for students and to keep our District financially stable.
