YOGA:
Yoga strengthens bones and muscles, increases range of motion in muscles and joints, increases breathing capacity and adds to health and vitality. One is also taught through deep relaxation at the end of class how to take that sense of well-being and apply it to one's daily life. You are never to young or old to start. Classes are ongoing; one can join up at anytime.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. Thursday's 6:00-7:15 p.m. in the Great Room at the Pellston Elementary. $78 for 6-week session. Any questions, call Trisha at 231-597-8417
SCRAPBOOKING 101 AND BEYOND
Do you have tons of photos sitting in a box that you would love to put in a scrapbook but don't know how to begin? Would you like to learn some new basic techniques to make your scrapbooks more unique? Bring your supplies (colorful papers, glue/adhesive, scissors), photos, and anything else you think might go in your scrapbook (tickets, menus, etc.) and we'll help you with the rest.
December 7, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Pellston High School. $10.00 per person.
WOODWORKING:
Grab your materials and come ready to build! Use the High School Woodshop equipment and instruction from a knowledgeable instructor is what you can expect from this class. Participants need to bring their own materials.
This is a 6 week session and the cost is $60 per person. Thursday's January 7, 14, 21, 28 and February 4 and 11, 6:00-9:00 p.m.

SNOWSHOEING ADVENTURE:
An experienced guide will assist you while you experience nature during this afternoon of adventure. Snowshoes will be available for your use, all you need to do is dress for the weather.
A Saturday in January will be scheduled for this class pending participant interest so give me a call, 231-537-2807. $15.00 per person.
BEGINNING PHOTOGRAPHY:
Have you ever wondered what the different film speeds are for or what type of background should be used in certain pictures? If so this class is for you. Bring your questions and get ready to learn about different aspects of photography.
